Due to continued growth and exciting new projects, we’re looking for an Apprentice / Trainee Engineer to join our expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone practical, motivated, and eager to learn a specialist trade within the ventilation and air-conditioning industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced engineers, and develop valuable technical skills with long-term career opportunities.
No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting engineers with installations, servicing, and maintenance work
- Supporting ventilation and air conditioning projects across a range of sites
- Learning how to use specialist tools and equipment safely
- Assisting with fault finding, repairs, and system maintenance
- Maintaining company equipment, PPE, and vehicles
- Working safely and professionally on client sites
- Developing practical and technical skills through hands-on training
What We're Looking For

- Practical and hands-on approach
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Interest in engineering, HVAC, or construction trades
- Good communication and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Commitment to health & safety standards
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
